All orders are considered final. However, we remain committed to serving you in accordance with the policies outlined below. We kindly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
In the event of any error on our part, we will promptly correct it and bear all shipping and delivery costs.
Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations may occur. These do not affect the overall appearance or quality of the piece, and we ensure that the item is delivered in a consistent design as shown.
Shipping & Delivery
* Within the UAE: 1 to 4 business days
* GCC countries and international: 3 to 7 business days
* Delays may occur during public holidays
* Customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer
Warranty Policy
We provide a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects only, as a reflection of our confidence in the quality of our products.
The warranty covers:
* Clasp defects
* Stone fall due to manufacturing defect
* Any visible manufacturing defect
The warranty does not cover:
* Misuse
* Exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals
* Scratches or natural color changes
* Breakage or damage caused by negligence
Warranty terms:
* The warranty can be used once during the warranty period
* Once used, the warranty is considered void
* The item will be repaired or replaced based on evaluation
After the warranty period:
We offer maintenance and repair services for a fee, depending on the condition of the item.
